Irvin Construction Services, Inc was established in January of 2000, created from the needs of the mining industry.  ICSI is a Virginia based corporation licensed in several states as a general contractor.  Our facility is located in Wytheville, VA and provides us with everything needed to conduct a professional business.                                     

ICSI is proud to be a US authorized representatives of Alphair & TLT-Babcock Fan and Blower Companies.  With over 10 years experience, we specialize in mine ventilation and hoisting systems.
